From our facilities near Mumbai, we design, fabricate and test the valves, fittings, manifolds and piping assemblies that keep coolant moving safely through CDUs, rack manifolds, secondary fluid networks and direct-to-chip cooling loops — for hyperscale, colocation and AI data centers across India.
Because we manufacture in-house — from 3D CAD design and CFD flow analysis through CNC machining, orbital TIG welding and SCADA-integrated pressure testing — we can supply both standard catalogue items and fully custom assemblies built to your system architecture.

No two liquid cooling systems are identical. STILONN’s design office develops complete valve, manifold and piping solutions tailored to your architecture — not just catalogue parts. Our engineers work from your P&IDs and skid layouts to deliver 3D CAD models, GA drawings, CFD-supported flow optimization and rapid prototypes, followed by in-house fabrication under documented weld procedures. Standard and made-to-order products can be combined into complete kits and assemblies, simplifying procurement to a single Indian source.

We operate three manufacturing units with a combined annual capacity of 120,000 valves and ready stock for fast-track projects. In-house capabilities span 3D CAD design and CFD simulation, precision CNC machining, orbital TIG / GTAW welding, manifold and pipe spool fabrication, and SCADA-integrated hydrostatic, pneumatic and functional testing with full material traceability and PMI.
